you'll see a list of little section rows like this. press the button on the left to claim one, and press play to see the reference.

when a row is yours it lights up with a little check. picking a different one swaps your pick (you only get the one) and clicking it again un-claims it. anything greyed out is already taken by someone else, sorry.
